
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
J. Andrew Waugh is an education consultant, student affairs leader, and independent school strategist committed to helping schools build stronger communities through thoughtful leadership, inclusive programming, and mission-driven enrollment strategy. As Founder and CEO of Beyond the Bell, he works with schools, families, and educational organizations to support student life, enhance admissions processes, and promote a culture of belonging.
Andrew currently serves as Chairman of Student Activities and Weekend Programming and Residential Life Coordinator at The Tallulah Falls School, where he leads initiatives that foster student engagement, strengthen school culture, and support retention. His work reflects a deep commitment to experiential learning, community connection, and student voice. Prior to this role, he served at Brehm Preparatory School, where he contributed to admissions, alumni relations, and student programming.
Andrew is a proud alumnus of Brehm Preparatory School, a boarding school that serves students with learning differences. His personal experience as a student, combined with his professional background in schools with large international and neurodiverse populations, gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to build environments where all students feel seen, supported, and empowered.
He holds a Master of Science in Education with concentrations in Experiential Education and Leadership in Workforce Development, as well as graduate certificates in Enrollment Management, Education Policy, and Instructional Leadership Coaching. He was selected as a Royal Thai Scholars Fellow through Brewster Academy, where he mentored high-achieving students from Thailand as they prepared to attend boarding schools in the United States.
Through Beyond the Bell, Andrew brings a student-first philosophy, strategic insight, and a passion for educational access and inclusion. His work is grounded in the belief that every student deserves the opportunity to thrive in a community that recognizes their strengths and supports their growth.

Director of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Operations Officer
Jacqueline Danielle is an education consultant and inclusion advocate who brings warmth, wisdom, and vision to her work with schools, families, and organizations. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Beyond the Bell, Jacqueline helps build mission-driven collaborations that support student belonging, inclusive teaching practices, and institutional growth rooted in equity.
A lifelong champion of holistic and neurodiverse learning, Jacqueline’s career spans Montessori education, program design, and leadership development. She first connected with our founder, J. Andrew Waugh, while leading Brehm Summer, a residential program for students with learning differences. Their shared commitment to student-centered learning and community connection sparked a lasting partnership that continues to shape the heart of Beyond the Bell today.
In addition to her work with Beyond the Bell, Jacqueline leads JDJ Consulting, where she designs professional development experiences and consults on strategic planning for schools and nonprofits. She has held leadership roles across the education landscape, from early childhood through college, and remains passionate about empowering educators and supporting diverse learners.
Jacqueline holds a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from SUNY Albany and is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Extension School. She believes that truly inclusive education honors the whole child, and she brings that philosophy to every project, partnership, and conversation.
